Tom Barney, Founder. Prior to starting Finance Solutions, Tom staffed top tier firms with qualified finance and accounting professionals in the SF Bay Area. He supports hiring managers in hi-tech, software, semiconductors, medical devices, biotech, and more. Company sizes range from $5m to $10b in revenue.
Before recruiting, Tom spent 15 years in corporate financial analysis in the Bay Area, and understands the pace of work, and the technical skills needed in today’s dynamic workplace. His company experience includes Electronic Arts, Levi’s, and Hynix semiconductors.
