With 15 years of experience, including healthcare and cloud computing, and an econ degree from UCSB. Her experience includes sole ownership of full-cycle payroll processing for over 500+ employees, conversion in payroll software from ADP to ProBusiness, integration of payroll of employees from 3 acquisitions, monthly balance and recon of payroll accounts, administration of 401k accountants, and 401k audit and 5500 reporting. She is very strong in ADP, QuickBooks, Oracle, and Business Objects.
Accounts Payable Specialist
Has a finance Degree and 10+ years of experience doing the full-cycle AP. Experienced in preparing accruals for month-end close, audit and processing of expense reports, resolve payments for vendors, process EFT, wire transfer and weekly check run, set up of new vendors, and process improvement. Strong knowledge of Oracle 11i and Excel.
Sr. Financial Analyst
With 9 years increasing responsibility in financial analysis with Fortune 500 technology firms, and an MBA. . His experience includes analysis and reconciliation; sensitivity analysis and metric reporting; and project planning and team leadership. His Excel skills are advanced (pivots, vlookups).
Payroll Manager
11 years of increasing responsibility in Payroll at hi-growth, and Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and software companies. She has experience managing the entire payroll function, including multi-state, and foreign employees; month-end close and gl reconciliation; as well as garnishments, tax adjustments, W-2cs, as well as audit prep and SOX testing. She is versed in ADP PayXpert, Paychex, Kronos, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks and Excel.
Sr. Cost Accountant
Who holds an MBA and 10+ years of cost background in public high-tech companies. He is well versed with standard cost accounting, product costing, inventory valuation, lead role in monthly close for Cost Accounting, in depth analysis of cost and inventory issues. He is proficient in Oracle 11i, SAP, Hyperion Essbase and Pillar
Sr. Accountant
Degreed Sr. Accountant with 10+ years of Accounting in the tech manufacturing, and financial services industries. His background includes month end close, posting JEs to the GL, prepaids, intercompany transactions, bank and gl reconciliations, fixed assets, sales tax, revenue recognition, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting. He is strong in Excel, QuickBooks, GreatPlains, and SAP.
SEC Analyst
With a 5 year’s work experience including Big 4 and, Fortune 500 hi-tech, a CPA and an MBA. Her experience includes preparation of the 10K and 10Q, earnings call (exhibits, script), footnotes for SEC filings; flux analysis; external audit coordination and support; research and support of accounting controls; and XBRL support. She is skilled in Excel and SAP.
Credit Manager
14 years of increasing responsibility in gaming software, and hi-tech manufacturing; and an Econ degree. He has managed up to $80m/month in revenue from domestic and international customers, created cash forecasts and collections reports for management, and has significantly reduced collection times and amounts. leading to his current job as Credit Manager (2 direct reports) at Capcom (gaming). Accounting Manager

With 18 years increasing responsibility, IPO experience at a worldwide semiconductor manufacturer (hardware/software), and an Accounting degree. Her experience includes management of all day-to-day Accounting operations (ME close, PR, AP, AR, GL fixed assets, etc), coordination of year end audit; tax preparation; preparation of Accounting policies according to GAAP; Preparation of IPO equity and oversight according to FAS 123R, and international consolidation.
