Technical Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Compile and finalize SEC documents including 10K, 10Q and earnings releases
- Partner with accounting leads & review schedules and disclosures
- Apply current GAAP & PCAOB and handle Management’s Discussion and Analysis
- Prepare complex accounting transactions according to GAAP
- Consolidate US & international subsidiaries, prepare eliminations, and calculate fx
- Handle technical research, and prepare position papers
- Manage external audit, internal testing and preparation of schedules
- Assist with accounting controls; and support M&A due diligence
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SEC reporting and Public Accounting experience
- BA/BS in Accounting or similar; and CPA certification
- MS Excel & ERP system proficiency
